INITIAL MEETING: In our initial meeting to “walk” the property with the client, we are not only trying to understand the client’s “vision” of what the finished product will look like, but also thinking about the most efficient way of executing that vision. We also encourage clients to get us pictures from home improvement and architectural design magazines so that we better understand their design preferences. |

DESIGN: After the initial meeting and measurements have been taken, all of this information is loaded into a CAD software program so that we can manipulate the layout in order to meet the objectives expressed by the client in our initial meeting. This is then communicated to the client for their approval. |

FIXED PRICE QUOTE: Once the final layout is approved, we begin costing out the approved floor plan design to submit a fixed price quote on the entire job complete with allowances for a number of items like appliances and fixtures so the client has the flexibility to select items that specifically address their style and taste. |

CONSTRUCTION: Once the client has approved the budget, we schedule a time to begin the project. We are on the job everyday monitoring its progress and working with clients on material selections like tile, fixtures, appliances and paint colors in order to keep the job on-budget and on-time. |

QUALITY CONTROL: Once the project is finished, we walk the project to make sure all elements of the project have been completed and performed in a satisfactory manner. All items left undone like paint & texture touch-up, door stops and general clean-up are added to a punchlist, which is executed until the list is exhausted. |
| The job is now complete…so enjoy your new home! |
