Multiple Room Addition Remodel “When we considered remodeling, Tim came highly recommended. Through the entire process, from design, quote, demolition, construction and finish-out, Tim lived up to and exceeded his good reputation. Quality Craftsman, Inc./Tim added living space to our house including a family room, exercise room, storage and a garage, plus other renovations. His work was bid on a flat rate quote basis (not cost-plus). Tim’s bid was right in the middle (on the low side) of the three bids we collected. Only changes to the cost were a result of my change orders. Tim stuck strictly to the plan and bid, finished ahead of schedule, and was very responsive both by phone and email.
